Transform
the Way You Lead
Foundations is for leaders who truly want to elevate their leadership practice and are ready to re-invent themselves.
The Program focuses on mindset, mood, skills and practices to navigate disruption and create conditions for innovation.
In a group of up to 25 leaders this Program is designed to challenge perspectives and transform your leadership practices – particularly the unhelpful ones.
Over 8 months you will engage in one-on-one conversations with your coach,
team-based and class-based conversations to build skills and practices so you can powerfully navigate change and disruption.
There are 6 Learning Modules, called

Innovation
Learn how to innovate through disruption, build and restore trust, shift moods and mobilise your team.
Habits and
Way of Being
Identify habits that limit your performance and build constructive habits that shape a positive identity.
Listen Beyond
Prejudice
Learn about the prejudicial nature of listening and reframe the way you listen in leadership and life.
Mobilising
Teams
Understand the power of requests, offers and commitments to create conditions for accountability.
Navigating Power
and Politics
Understand your relationship with power and learn to engage with power and navigate politics.
Coaching
Fundamentals
Learn how to share concerns and assessments, manage provocations and effectively lead through coaching.
Learn New Skills and
Enhance your Leadership
Enhance Self-Belief and Self-Agency
Complete this program with a deep understanding of the constructive narratives that guide and inspire you as a leader and ways to powerfully express these.
Mobilise and Coach Your Teams
Learn skills and practices you can use to coach and mobilise your teams to become more efficient, effective, build relationships and achieve results.
