This week we kicked off our 2025 Foundations Progr This week we kicked off our 2025 Foundations Program - a transformational journey that starts with a focus on Mood and Innovation. 

As Leaders, we are always leading from a mood. You might identify someone in your Organisation with a heavy mood, who stifles the creativity and joy for others, and therefore, limits the possibility of innovation within the Team or Organisation?

Leaders in constructive moods create space for new ideas to arise. It is less doing and more being in the world. Through a different way of relating to self, and being in the world, we can open new possibilities for ourselves and those we work with.

If you are following along for the coming 8 months, consider these questions:

• Where and when do you find yourself in a mood that may stifle the creativity and brilliance of those you interact with?
• If you could cultivate new aspects of your leadership style, what words would you use to describe the future leader you most want to be? 

We invite you to stay close to the conversation and pick up the distinctions we share during our long conversation between now and December.

This year we headed to San Diego for a 3 day Navigators and Powerful Women Retreat, hosted by the lovely Kate, who offered her Hacienda for our gathering. Our passion remains supporting Leaders and their Teams to achieve their goals and learn new ‘Ways of Being’ and working that ensure this pursuit is sustainable and enjoyable. Thank you to all our Clients, Partners and Collaborators for a rather
extraordinary year. Big changes have happened in our shared space, and we have learned to navigate alongside you all.
Wishing everyone a restorative break, quality time with family and friends, and a good recharge for the year ahead.

To mark the end of the year, our Team took a momen To mark the end of the year, our Team took a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the year that was. 
 
This time together reminded us of the power of connection—not just as colleagues, but as people. Sharing lessons, challenges, and aspirations showed us how much we’ve grown individually and as a Team.
 
Here’s a little of what we reflected on:
What we learned in 2024
What we hope to achieve in 2025
 
Tony:
Lesson: Letting go of the past is liberating. Healing my body and mind through self-care has turned life into a playground, not just a challenge.
Goal: Living a healthy, vibrant life to support people and the planet.
 
Chloe:
Lesson: Daily reflection is powerful—it helps me grow and process my emotions fully.
Goal: Graduate from my Coaching Program and prioritise my wellbeing.
 
Costi:
Lesson: It’s okay to feel deeply, and it’s equally okay to move forward.
Goal: Give back to my community and environment with gratitude.
 
Paula:
Lesson: Making sure we say yes to work that truly aligns with our Mission leads to better results for everyone. 
Goal: Focus on meaningful partnerships and personal wellbeing.
 
2024 has been an incredible journey of growth and connection, and we’re stepping into 2025 with gratitude and purpose.
